In the year 2011 the firm AMONDI & COMPANY was established through diligence, hard work and efficient service delivery with a passion for practice under the guidance and directorship of MR. LEAD COUNSEL
MR.KENNETH .O. AMONDI is a renowned legal litigator, a constitutional law expert with a Masters in Law LLM from the University of Nairobi, Bachelor’s Degree in Law LLB from Moi University , a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
-MR.AMONDI has been recognized by ‘THE LAWYER AFRICA’ as being amongst the top 100 Litigation Lawyers in Kenya in 2024.
-He has successfully prosecuted high profile and public interest cases such as KISUMU PETITION 19/2018-TITUS ALILA-V-ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION & CABINET SECRETARY FINANCE (the Fuel Tax Case) which led to the President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta reducing VAT on petroleum products as well as in NAIROBI ELC PETITION 43/2019-ISAIAH ODANDO-V-NEMA, CABINET SECRETARY ENVIRONMENT & OTHERS( The Nairobi River Pollution Case) which outlined modalities for decommissioning of the Dandora Dam in what was a locus- classicus in environmental law.
-He also has wide experience in various cadre of Kenyan courts including the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, Magistrate Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court where his last stint was at Presidential Election Petition 2022.
-His dynamic understanding of the Kenyan socio political and economic terrain has seen him consistently landing invitations to prime media houses such as KTN, NTV, CITIZEN and KBC for interviews on topical legal issues that have far reaching implications on the country’s as well as international structural relations.

Ms. Christine .A. Musando.

Ms. Musando is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. she is currently serving as an associate. She has gained experience in conveyancing, commercial law, family law and litigation.
Additionally, she is tenacious in representing clients and creative in the development of strategies carefully designed to protect the clients’ interests.
Ms. Silvia Nyambeki
LITIGATION COUNSEL.
Silvia Nyambeki is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a Bachelor’s Degree in law from Kenyatta University and a post graduate Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a self driven and innovative young practitioner appreciated for the nature and skill in which she approaches all client matters. She is passionate about maters including but not limited to corporate and commercial law, family law, conveyancing and intellectual property law
Additionally, she is tenacious in representing clients and creative in the development of strategies carefully designed to protect the clients’ interests.
Mr. Peter Otieno
LITIGATION COUNSEL.
Mr. PETER OTIENO is a lawyer with potential to become a great litigator, conveyancing and commercial law practitioner. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law[LLB] from the University of Nairobi and recently completed his post graduate Diploma in Law studies at the Kenya School of Law. He is currently awaiting admission to the Bar.
From the time he joined our firm in mid 2019, he has been involved as a key figure in high profile litigations and public interest cases such as NAIROBI ELC PETITION 43 OF 2019-ISAIAH ODANDO -V- NEMA, CABINET SECRETARY ENVIRONMENT & OTHERS [The Nairobi River Pollution Case], in which the court ordered for the decommissioning and relocation of the Dandora dumpsite.
